Standard Shipping takes 5–7 business days and Express Shipping 4–6 business days, counted from the day your order ships.

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging.

Our puzzles are packed in shipping boxes with a maximum of 2 puzzles per box. So if you order 1 or 2 puzzles they will arrive in one package.

Orders with more than 2 puzzles should arrive in multiple packages but will generally arrive with the same shipment (same time).
