Shipping within EU is available with local agencies as well as international options (GLS, DHL).
Shipping outside of the EU is only possible with international shipping agencies (GLS, DHL).
Our puzzles are packed in shipping boxes with a maximum of 2 puzzles per box. So if you order 1 or 2 puzzles they will arrive in one package.
Orders with more than 2 puzzles should arrive in multiple packages but will generally arrive with the same shipment (same time).

I ordered it on 15 Dec 2025. I expected it between 22 and 29 Dec. It hasn’t arrived yet, because you sent it with an arrival date 09 Jan 2025. Where did this date come from, I have no idea. It has reached Sofia, but stays and waits for the date – that’s what from Speedy expained to me. So I would recommend you not to work with Speedy or Packeta, or to review your translations of the ordering form.

Brilliant colors. Our first puzzle on Christmas Eve as a family. A wonderful, peaceful and harmonious activity while digesting the festive meal. We worked in pairs and that too took some time before it was finished. We are delighted with the fox.
The little cat was smaller, but much trickier in itself. It really packs a punch.
(The heart is still unopened for a later time.)
The delivery was lightning fast and I would and will gladly order again, only:
DHL sent me a bill for over 30 francs!!!! That is too much.
Since it was my first order and I ordered in Swiss francs, I mistakenly assumed that it would be delivered from Switzerland.
This experience was a bit bitter. Perhaps you could set up a warehouse in Switzerland with puzzles. Wonderful company that should grow!

It’s as described, the only thing is that I thought they were painted on the wood, but it’s glued-on paper, so if you’re not careful it can tear. Otherwise, the differently shaped pieces are unique! Thank you
