Shipping within EU is available with local agencies as well as international options (GLS, DHL).
Shipping outside of the EU is only possible with international shipping agencies (GLS, DHL).
Our puzzles are packed in shipping boxes with a maximum of 2 puzzles per box. So if you order 1 or 2 puzzles they will arrive in one package.
Orders with more than 2 puzzles should arrive in multiple packages but will generally arrive with the same shipment (same time).

I placed the order on Dec 15, 2025. I expected it between Dec 22 and Dec 29. It still hasn’t arrived, because you sent it with an arrival date of Jan 09, 2025. I have no idea where this date came from. It has reached Sofia, but it is staying there and waiting for the date — that’s what Speedy explained to me. So I would recommend that you not work with Speedy or Packeta, or that you review your translations of the order form.

Brilliant colors. Our first puzzle on Christmas Eve as a family. A wonderful, peaceful, and harmonious activity while digesting the holiday meal. We worked in pairs, and even that took some time before it was finished. We are thrilled with the fox.
The little cat was smaller, but in itself much more difficult. It really packs a punch.
(The heart is still unopened for a later time.)
The delivery was lightning fast, and I would happily order again and will do so again; only:
DHL sent a bill for over 30 francs!!!! That is too much.
Since it was my first order and I ordered in Swiss francs, I mistakenly assumed that it would be delivered from Switzerland.
This experience was a bit bitter. Maybe you could set up a warehouse in Switzerland with puzzles. Wonderful company that deserves to grow!

It’s like the description says, the only thing is that I thought they were painted on the wood, but it’s glued-on paper, so if you’re not careful it can tear. Otherwise, the pieces in different shapes are unique! Thanks
