I had messaged the company with a query and was so impressed with their customer service I was really hoping the product would be as advertised so that I could review them positively. Well no worries there! I purchased the large squirrel puzzle as a gift. The recipient was delighted. It was a really unique puzzle that was difficult enough to be exciting to build but not so much so as to be frustrating. The completed puzzle looks exactly as advertised. I also was very pleased with the packaging which seems a bit of an odd thing to say but when you make your purchase you’ll see what I mean. It just makes for a great gift if that’s why you are buying.
