Beautiful design in a sturdy wooden box. Assembling it was quite a challenge as the picture on the box is much smaller than the finished A3 puzzle. I loved the tiny animals secretly hidden within the lion’s face. I did have trouble fitting the giraffe’s legs into the very narrow slots and had to dismantle that area and try several ways to fit them in. Unfortunately one leg broke as I was packing the puzzle away, although I was very careful. I would suggest having a larger picture folded up inside the box.

I had a very enjoyable evening with my 17-year-old granddaughter. I hadn’t done a puzzle in years, but I loved the concept of the picture. I thought that once made, I would mount it and put it on the wall. I actually bought it to do as well with my very bright grandson, who immediately pointed out that it was for ages 14+. I showed it to him on a previous visit and, regretfully, let him tip the pieces out into the well-made box. Unfortunately, he didn’t put the clasp on, and four very small pieces may have been lost then or pinched by our 4-year-old granddaughter, who wanted to join in. It was very addictive and, once we started, we had to finish it. I would highly recommend it. Every time we found something that fit, we would high-five. My son helped us finish; we developed puzzle blindness. What seems impossible starts to come together. My advice is to listen to the instructions and keep it away from under-14s. Overall, it was a very fascinating and enjoyable experience.

I bought the lion and jungle-scene and they live up to everything shown in the pictures and ads and more. The colours are really beautiful and vibrant. The quality is superb. The jigsaw packaging is so perfect, the boxes are slot together mdf and well constructed with a slide tab top-opening and are a joy in themselves. The jigsaws are locked in a piece of good quality folded hessian. Delivery was super quick. I even got a discount code. Im considering putting the jigsaws into frames in my bathroom and the boxes as small displayable storage. Bravo! I would highly recommend these jigsaws, they are a treasure and great as an unusual gift for jiggers looking for something a bit different.

The scent of wood drifts through the whole house every time the box is opened – a very pleasant surprise. The puzzle is difficult – the first time I put it together it took several days 🙂 the second time, a few hours ..but with help :). The only downside I’d pick at is the fairly high price – but apart from that, it’s brilliant! I recommend buying it!

First off, it was the most beautiful lion image I have seen on a wooden puzzle. That’s why I bought it.
Second. The experience of the product in my hands exceeded my expectations. I loved the smell of the newly cut pieces in the box. The box itself is worth it… just delightful. The pieces, from very small, to fairly big, were in some places so delicate looking, yet somehow sturdy enough.
Third. The putting it together part, the way the pieces fit together, was so satisfying. Complicated enough not to be a bore, yet not so much so that it becomes frustrating.

P.S.1 I love that, although there seems to be a big variety of colors, they are intense, yet not crazy enough that they clash and become overwhelming (as I’ve seen other brands).
