Shipping within EU is available with local agencies as well as international options (GLS, DHL).
Shipping outside of the EU is only possible with international shipping agencies (GLS, DHL).
Our puzzles are packed in shipping boxes with a maximum of 2 puzzles per box. So if you order 1 or 2 puzzles they will arrive in one package.
Orders with more than 2 puzzles should arrive in multiple packages but will generally arrive with the same shipment (same time).

to everyone ordering from Switzerland: delivery takes a couple of days more and you’ll get an extra bill for customs fees: chf 25 for my order of chf 75 and chf 21 for the seperately ordered puzzle of chf 45 ca. the puzzles are still fabulous though. No good for clumpsy fingers, but absolutely beautiful. the heart’s box was broken during transport, so they might want to wrap them better in future (not asking for replacement to avoid further custom’s costs).

It arrived much earlier than expected. Unfortunately, i’ve bought this as a Christmas present, so the puzzle hasn’t been put together yet. However l, it is nicely presented and looks to be of very good quality. It’s exactly the same as the demonstration video Lubiwood provide before purchase. So, i can confirm that its a perfect case of what you see is what you get, there is nothing hidden😉!
